Cycling in San Diego // 2016 MLB All-Star Week
San Diego proved to be an amazing city to hold the 2016 MLB All-Star Game. We had a chance to cycle around the waterfront the day of the game and snap some images of the backpack we made for the 2016 All-Stars. Overall it was an amazing few days with fantastic weather, as expected. Congratulations to the American League for their victory and for securing home field for whichever AL team makes the World Series.

This year's All-Star's and personnel received a pretty awesome gift bag, highlighted by our Lexdray x MLBPA Boulder Pack. It was the special 50th anniversary of the Players Association and a historic year to be part of. An enormous thanks to the team at Cult Edge for helping us spread the word regarding our initiative to raise money for Little Kids Rock, a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides free instruments and music education to kids in underserved public schools. Together with Tony Royster, Jr. we are donating a percentage of sale proceeds for each Lexdray x TRJR Case sold in December and January. Please help us support this worthy cause.

Lexdray to Donate Portion of Sales Proceeds to Benefit Music Education
We are giving back this season with a brand new initiative featuring world-renowned drummer and Lexdray brand ambassador Tony Royster Jr. We've teamed up with Tony to offer his collaboration drumstick bag with a percentage of sales going to Little Kids Rock - a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides free instruments and music education to kids in underserved public schools.
The Lexdray x TRJR Case features various internal and external compartments as well as Tony Royster, Jr. patches and labels. Made from water-resistant nylon and twill, the case doubles as a durable everyday bag, with enough space for up to a 17-inch laptop. 500 pieces were produced as part of the collaboration.
Royster Jr. is regarded as one of the world's top drummer prodigies, and has toured with everyone from Joe Jonas to Jay-Z. Just 31 years old, Royster Jr. is also known for his philanthropy, holding free drumming workshops and motivation talks in communities across America.
To support Royster Jr.'s work and as part of Lexdray's commitment to social good, we are donating 15% of sales proceeds from the drumstick bag to benefit Little Kids Rock, starting today through the end of January 2016.

Since 2002, Little Kids Rock has given more than 400,000 underserved schoolchildren across the U.S. access to fun, engaging, music classes and brand new instruments at no cost to the students, teachers, or school districts.

Lexdray City Series Mix - Volume 50!
We've happily arrived at City Series Mix - Volume 50. It's been 2+ years since Red Bull asked us to design a DJ Pack for their Red Bull Thre3style Competition finalists, and 2+ years since we sat down with DJ Clark Kent to design the ultimate DJ backpack. Shortly after the competition, we launched the City Series. We've released fifty incredible mixes from world renowned DJ's and we look forward to Volume 100 and beyond. A Win for the Little Guy on TheHundreds
We like that TheHundreds called our new partnership with the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA), "a win for the little guy." We're not sure how it happened either, but we are excited about being the Official Luggage Provider of the MLBPA, and a huge thanks to TheHundreds for helping us get the word out.
