If you are not completely satisfied with your Lexdray online purchase, you can return the product(s) to Lexdray for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (less shipping fees).
*All merchandise returned must be unworn and received in its original condition. All hangtags must be attached and each item must be placed back in its original packaging - including dust bag (if applicable) and clear plastic polybag.
You must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Your RMA will be emailed to you in a PDF document (PRE-PAID shipping label), which should be printed out and placed on the carton being returned. Returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving your PDF document. Returns coming from outside the continental USA must arrive pre-paid by the customer.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your reimbursement from the date we receive your package.
If you receive a package from us that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and let us know by email immediately at email@example.com.
All online Sale/Clearance purchases including temporary promotional purchases are final sale.
Returns outside the listed timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Lexdray and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 30 days will be granted at our discretion.
Should you have a repair claim, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly include some images of the damages area(s) that require repair along with a brief description of the problem. Please also let us know which country you are located in, as we have different repair processes and facilities depending on where you live. We'll be sure to respond within 48 hours with a repair plan and instructions on where to ship your damaged item.
If you've had your Lexdray product for longer than 90 days, we require our customers to pay for the shipping costs to our repair facilities. If you're product is within our warranty period (described below), Lexdray will pay all repair costs and handle all return shipping costs. If you've had your product for less than 90 days, Lexdray will pay for your shipping charges to our repair facilities as well.
If your Lexdray product requires repair and falls outside our (2) year warranty period described below, Lexdray can still repair your product, but we may require customers to pay for the repair and return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to require proof of purchase prior to accepting repairs. Repairs are only handled at no charge for customers who are the original owners of the product.
*When shipping your product to one of our designated repair facilities, customers must include something inside the shipment with your name, phone, address and a basic description of the damaged area(s).
Lexdray’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. Lexdray warrants their products against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This does not include normal wear and tear. Please note all products will wear differently over time. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Lexdray within the warranty period, at its option, Lexdray will repair the product or exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new product. Lexdray warrants repaired products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the warranty period. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the returned product becomes Lexdray's property. When a refund is given, the product becomes Lexdray’s property.

No Lexdray reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to the above stated warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexdray is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Lexdray product.
