After learning how to DJ at the age of 17, he quickly began playing numerous clubs around Tokyo within that same year. During this time, Shogo also worked as a buyer of a popular underground hip hop record store, "RECORD SHOP Shibuya". While starting to produce his own music at age 21, Shogo joined the rap group Astro as the official DJ and has since signed with record company BMG JAPAN. After joining Astro, the group has released two full albums, two mini albums, and two singles.

Shogo regularly DJs at several large night clubs around Tokyo, as well as at other venues all over Japan. Every 3rd Friday of the month at clubasia Shibuya, his DJ crew Ray-Van acts as resident DJ putting on their own night for a few years now, members include SAKURAI MAKOTO(Dragon Ash)、Takeru John Otoguro(block.fm) and FumihikoChiba(SiXMAN). Another mentionable note is that he regular stands as stage DJ for major artists such as WISE (TERIYAKI BOYZ(R)), Kana Nishino, Una、TEMPURA KIDZ、IMALU, and more.
